Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier. Insurance to the full purchase price is always required. Packaging and handling at our end is free.

We do not ship to PO Boxes and a signature will be required. Should there be any damage to the piece, you will need to file a claim with the carrier—inspect the piece upon arrival and save all packaging should there be a problem. We will assist in filing the claim as much as we can.

Shipping International

All elements of the domestic policy apply to international orders. In addition, any customs and other fees applicable to the international nature of the shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Should you desire to return the piece, please contact Lou at lou@wallachdesigns.com. Under most circumstances returns of pieces in the original packaging, with no damage or changes to the piece, will be accepted. The cost of return shipping, including insurance, is the responsibility of the buyer.
